Who is responsible
PreciseStatistics GmbH (Prime Neural Networks), Kiefernweg 31, 76149 Karlsruhe, Germany, is the controller for personal data processed on primeneural.net. Contact: info@primeneural.net. Company details: see the Impressum.
What we collect
Visiting the site: technical data your browser sends (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), kept in server logs for security for up to 14 days. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your account: name and email address — from Google if you sign in with Google (we receive only your name, email address and Google account identifier), or as you enter them when you register with email. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Using our services: the models you upload or select, your optimization and inference jobs, their results, your Bonito balance, purchases and usage, and your billing details (company name, address, VAT ID).
Models are stored publicly: models you upload and the PNN models we create for you are kept in public cloud storage, where anyone can download them, whether or not they are listed in our model store. Marking a model unlisted only removes it from our store listing. Do not upload models that must stay confidential.
Payments: card and bank details are entered with and processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
Why we use it (purpose and legal basis)
To provide your account and the services you order, bill them and send invoices — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep invoices and accounting records as tax law requires — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To secure and improve the site — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives it
We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements: a sign-in provider (Google, if you choose Google sign-in), a payment provider, our hosting provider, cloud storage providers for model files, GPU compute providers that run optimization and inference jobs, and an AI provider that prepares quotes and run recommendations from the description of your model.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; where they do, transfers rely on an EU adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists, and deleted within 30 days after you close it. Invoices and accounting records for the periods tax law requires (up to 10 years). Uploaded models and results until you delete them or close your account.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy in a portable format. Write to info@primeneural.net.
You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
